Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED

The intended audience for the courses in this program includes lay responders in the workplace and community. Participants represent a broad range of backgrounds and motivation. The audience may differ in age, level of maturity, level of education or experience.

The courses in this program teach participants the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and decide whether advanced medical care is needed. The program offers Adult First Aid, CPR and AED courses to meet the various training needs of a diverse audience.

A person may take the courses to fulfill employment requirements or they may be taking courses to provide for the safety and well-being of their friends, family and community or for personal satisfaction.

Child Care Providers will cover CA EMSA Asthma Training

This American Red Cross class meets the requirements for the CPR and First Aid portion of California Title 22 and EMSA for Childcare Providers.

Class Format: Instructor Led course – Up to 5 hrs
