Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED
The American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid, CPR/AED certification class teaches participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner.

This program provides an ideal training solution for California Teachers Credentials, Special Education, Athletic Trainers, Coaches, Personal Trainers, Security Guards, Babysitters, and others required to learn how to respond to medical emergencies involving children. 

This class meets OSHA/workplace requirements and meets the CPR requirement for the California Teaching Credential and diverse job requirements for pediatric health and safety training.

Blended Learning
Up to 3 hrs online + 1 hr 30 min in-class skills session

Heartsaver Course Path

• Adult CPR and AED Skills Test

• Child CPR Skills Test (Optional Child CPR)

• Infant CPR Skills Test (Optional Infant CPR)

• First Aid Skills Test

Online Course
Prior to the in-class skills session, all participants complete the online course thru the AHA eLearning website (sold separately).
